Flamingo Flock Fundraiser
There are companies on the Internet that can help with
the organization and set up for this fundraiser. The
concept is actually quite simple. You purchase 100
plastic pink flamingos lawn ornaments. You choose a
person who is good-natured and person who will not mind
having their lawn/home flocked. At nighttime, you place
the pink flamingos on the person’s front lawn, and you
tie a ransom note to their front door. The ransom note
includes:

A removal fee- $15
-
Insurance not to be flocked again- $5

A picture of their flocking - $5

And a donation line $_________
Once
the person has been flocked, they get a chance to pass
the flocking on to someone else. This goes on and on and
on….
Be
sure to give each person who was flocked a badge that
they can wear at school the next day that publicizes
your activity, such as “I Have Flamingo Fever.”
