ASB CommissionersTo make the non-officer leadership students more responsible I decided to create titles for all kids in the class. This proposal explains the positions, what they will do, and how it will help class management.88CommissionersProposal (.docx)Jordan Frost - Kent, WA (Aug 26, 2011) Class PositionsThis is something that you are going to have to figure out what works best for your particular class. Over the years I have tried several different formats. My leadership class has typically 25-30 students. For the first few years I only had positions for the 6 officers. In our class the 6 core positions are (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasure, Activities and Dance). More recently I switched over so that every student in my class has an actual position. I still use the 6 core positions but then each core position has sub positions. For example I have Dance as a core position and then (Food, Advertising, Activities and Music) as sub positions. The Dance Commissioner is ultimately in charge of the entire dance but they now have a team of people that work with.Class Positions (24 Students) (.doc)
