How To Make Sure A Dance Goes Right ?The idea is too put one person in charge of dance group and make sure everyone does what their suppose to. The person in charge has to make sure everyone is doing their job right and with time so the palnning of the dances goes right. They need to make sure that each dance group has all their resources they need. They have to be oraganized when planning a dance so it wont turn to be a fail.AnonAnaheim, CA (May 18, 2012)

Student JobsTypically our school dances are right after school from 2:20 - 4:00. I always split up my students into 2 groups. First shift is from 2:20 – 3:15 (55 min) and second shift is 3:10 – 4:00 (50 min). When we start the dance for the first 5 minutes I have all the students from the second shift helping out with getting the kids into the dance. Then they get the next 50 minutes off and have to report 5 minutes before the end of the first shift. Then when the second person has things under control, the first person may leave for the end of the dance. I break the jobs up like so.

Food (4-6 students)
Games (4-6 students)
Watching Doors (2 students)
Watching Backpacks (2 students)
