Objective:

Students will be able to understand the importance of planning daily activities.

Overview:

Student leaders need to understand how to budget their time. Most students are doing tons of things at one time and are going in a dozen different directions at once. Understanding the importance of budgeting their time will lead to more successful, productive and healthy individuals.

Activity:

Have the students fill out the worksheet below so they can be aware of what they need to accomplish on a designated day.

Planning daily activities and prioritizing tasks will reduce stress and anxiety. As a result, students will be more productive and healthier in the long run. You can take the same principles and develop weekly and monthly plans.
