Stand Up - Sit Down Teambuilding Exercise

 

In your class, ask all of your students to sit down. Tell your students that you are going to ask them a series of questions. If they answer yes to a specific question then they must stand up. Before starting a new question, be sure all students are seated once again.

Stand up if…

1. You are the youngest sibling in your family
2. You were born in a different state
3. You were born in a different country.
4. You can speak two languages.
5. You have a dog
6. You have ever been bungee jumping.
7. You have ever white water rafting
8. You play a varsity sport.
9. You workout
10. You like country music.
11. Etc…
