Get to Know You Teambuilding Exercise

By: West Ranch High School Associated Student Body

Each Student is given a 3 x 5 index card. The students fold the card until they have nine individual squares. Ask the students a question and then have them record their answer in one of their squares: (beach or mountains?), (Coke or Pepsi?), (Jessica or Nick?), (Taco Bell or Del Taco?), (MTV or VH1?), (Ginger or Maryanne?), (Summer Olympics or Winter Olympics?), ( Harry Potter or Narnia), (Rock or Rap). Once the students have answered all nine questions, have them walk around and find others who share the same answers. When they find a match, the students sign one another’s cards.
