Next American Idol Themed Pep
Rally
Successful rallies are ones that are fast paced with
tons of
varying activities. An American Idol rally allows
you to add more rally activities in
between your normal
performances (cheer, flag, dance, etc…) Every school has
those students who are truly gifted singers, dancers,
jugglers, etc… and are begging for an opportunity to
showcase their talents. An American Idol rally is the
perfect venue for these students to perform, and the
student body goes crazy for it.
Things to keep in mind:
-
Keep all performances between 20-30 seconds. There
is such a thing as too much of a good thing, and what
starts as a rally booster slowly can become a rally
killer.
-
Have no more than five key performers
-
Have your performers audition ahead of time
-
Make sure your performers know the rally schedule
-
Allow the crowd to decide who the

would change the agenda to meet your needs and
performances, but the key is to keep
it
fast paced
with constant activity.
