Small Ball Relay Class Competition

For this relay, you can us any small ball, such as a ping-pong ball, racquetball, tennis ball, or even a marble. Each class has four participants. The first set of participants places the ball  between their knees and travel a distance of 30 feet and then proceed to pass the  ball to their next classmate. The next classmate places the ball between his or her knees and travels back 30 feet to the next classmate. If a person drops the ball, he/she must go back to the starting position. The team that finishes the relay first is the winner. Remember, students may not use their hands while running with the ball between their knees. The only time they can use their hands is to originally place the ball between their legs.
