Banana Pass Class Competition

The banana pass is an old camp favorite. Choose 10 participants per grade level. Line up the students in a boy-girl type order. The object of the competition is to see which class can pass the banana to the of back of the line the quickest by only using its legs. NO HANDS ALLOWED. If the banana drops during the competition, the team must start over from the beginning. This is a quick, easy-to-do activity that gets many people involved.

Orange Pass Competition

Nicole Saldana, Alisal High School

Instead of a banana pass, recently, we did a orange pass game. we were in the steps were we hold our rallies, and each class had to form a line to the top of the stairs. Then the object of this game would be to pass the orange (w/o using your hands!!!) with your neck, then the last person would run down after passing it all the way through the line. Its really and many students partake in it.
